The Survivor’s Compass Complete Exercise Recordings

Instructions: These exercises are voice only recordings to help you learn the method. After you have learned the exercises, you can use my music only playlists (below) or create your own to practice the method with music.

Music helps you get into a more peaceful state of mind and provides an additional anchor and cue for the exercises. This is the best way to practice the method.

Troubleshooting the Pool Meditation: Some people get anxious imagining themselves dropping through a pool of water. Remember, if you feel threatened by this, simply tell yourself “this is magic water and I can breathe down here.”
